Herdade do Rocim – Winery in Cuba
Building of a winery with visible rammed earth walls around a reinforced concrete structure. The walls are made of earth and are around 10 metres in height and 60 cm thick.
Betão e Taipa was responsible for the entire building project, choosing, correcting, stabilising and characterising the soil (granulometry and consistency limit) and carrying out strength tests.
